Terms of Service

By commissioning me you agree to the following:

As the Artist:

• I reserve the right to showcase commissioned works on my social media platforms for promotional purposes. Clients may request anonymity or request that the artwork not be posted; however, I maintain the right to display commissioned works on social media.
• I reserve the right to use commissioned works as art examples unless the client explicitly requests otherwise.
• I reserve the right to refuse any commission request at my discretion.
• I reserve the right to cancel any commission at any time before payment is made.

As the Client:

• The client may not reproduce the commissioned artwork for monetary gain, including but not limited to selling prints, keychains, or other merchandise. If the client is interested in commercial use, they must discuss the terms with the artist.
• The client may use the commissioned artwork for personal purposes, such as profile pictures or personal prints.
• The client is permitted to share the commissioned artwork on social media, provided they credit the artist with a direct link to the artist's profile (for example, on X, an @ mention is sufficient as long as it links directly to the artist's profile in the post with the artwork).
• The client may request minor adjustments and corrections to the commissioned piece. Major changes and redraws requested after the sketch phase will require additional payment.
• The client may not claim the commissioned artwork as their own work.
• The client must not use the commissioned artwork in any artificial intelligence (AI) generation or manipulation tools.
• The client may not use the commissioned artwork for any illegal activities or in violation of the terms of service of any platform on which it is used.

How to Order

Please contact me via Discord (empyrean_yt) or email ([email protected]). Discord is preferred if possible. In your initial message, please attach the reference(s) for the character(s) and specify what you intend to order, along with any additional necessary details.Payment is expected after the sketch phase. For USD payments, please use the YouTube Super Thanks feature on my channel @EmpyreanRH. For Robux payments, please purchase the designated game pass. I prefer USD payments through YouTube Super Thanks as it directly supports my channel and other methods are difficult to manage due to my status as a minor.
